Overview
HR teams were working out of scattered CVs, documents nobody could search, and interview threads that lived in email. Divnort is the workspace we built for that: one place to store files, run hiring, and get answers.
Secure datarooms hold CVs, contracts, policies, and offer letters. Everything is indexed as it lands, so a name, a clause, or a phrase inside a file is a search away.
Ask the documents
The assistant answers in plain language, from parental leave and notice periods to onboarding rules, and cites the exact document and page. Follow up questions keep the conversation, and every answer stays grounded in that workspace's own files.
Hiring, end to end
Open roles, candidate CVs, and conversations stay attached to the job they belong to. A shareable booking page lets candidates book a time against live availability, and confirmed interviews land on the calendar automatically.
